Forgiveness

Radical acceptance means accepting something that occurred usually an overwhelming event without adding judgement, analysis, or emotion.

Radical forgiveness means to forgive something that was hurtful or wrong, and to re-forgive actively. Remember there’s a whole timeline. Beginning, middle, end, and future. There’s a part that hurt, there’s repair, and there’s moving forward. We can forgive but still feel hurt. That’s why we need to actively forgive everyday to maintain positivity and grow.
