Healing Addiction

There is a holistic approach to healing from addiction and self-destructive behaviors. 

Addiction or self-destruction comes from 3 places: running away from pain, lack of fulfillment and lack of balance. Triggers and life stress can create a spiral that brings you out of balance. Learn how to re-balance yourself through coaching and breathwork.

Coaching keeps you on track from life stress or trauma. We would determine what is stressful or traumatic, the internal and external factors, what it feels like, and how to break it down in a way that’s easy to manage. Then we can create a plan for your day and prioritize whats important and ways to find valuable fulfillment, protect yourself from vulnerabilities to prevent relapse, and stay on a trajectory of growth. 

Qi Gong breathwork is simple, clearing and grounding. It focuses you and brings you back into balance. It takes discipline, but you can break it up into 2 parts. Just the breathwork meditation for 5-10 minutes daily… a small commitment with a big impact. Or bring it to the next level with 30 minutes - 1 hour of the 8 Brocade routine.

The 8 Brocade routine rebalances and nourishes the organs. In Chinese Medicine, it says the organs hold onto emotions. In Qi Gong the version of organs matching emotions is like this: Overjoy (heart) Overly emotional or grief (lungs) Anger (liver) Fear (kidneys) Worry (stomach). Through gentle movements, sounds and breath, you can center and rejuvenate your entire self. Reducing stress and improving health.
