Qi Gong:
I will create a space so that you can feel the energy and get a jump start in using the tools. My focus is to teach you the ways to heal yourself and I will guide you to tailor these techniques to balance your energy. This sessions is a mix of breathing meditation, Chi Gong gentle movements, and speaking.
The Chi Gong Masters believe that once the Chi flows (through the breath) everything flows and blockages will remove on their own.
Recommended: 3 or 10 in-depth sessions. You will see an immediate difference in your life although this is not instant gratification. You need a few minutes of conscious connection everyday to continue the trajectory of growth. Each time we meet you will re-connect on a deeper level. The more sessions, the more results you will notice in your life. The more you do it, the longer the results will last. This is an investment worth a lifetime.

Open to everyone! Kids, teens, families, couples, or singles. The elderly can do sitting Qi gong. It can help business men, someone dealing with chronic pain or illness, emotional trauma, addicts, and anyone looking for overall wellness and general healing.
Qi means life force. It’s our vital energy. We see this natural power of energy within our bodies. When we get a cut and trillions of particles go to fix that cut instantaneously. It’s a natural intelligence. Something powerful beyond measure, and it exists within us. We can connect to it and use it.
As we practice, the soul, mind and body become one within ourselves and the world. We feel balanced, at peace, and more focused. When we are focused we can achieve more than we can imagine. This is one secrets of the Masters. Movements are used to assist us in achieving this connection, but it is the focus on breathing to the dantian, where we connect to this energy and let it flow throughout our bodies and mind.
Through a couple of sessions you can learn routines that move energy. You’ll see problems disappear. It’s incredible.
